摘　　要：介绍了ASL3000集成电路测试系统的检定方法。通过分析该测试设备的特性,对线性信号、数字信号、混合信号、射频信号、基带信号模块的检定,采用自带通用仪表和检定程序实现;对于自带仪表的检定,则通过定期送检,溯源到国家标准。This paper introduces the verification method of ASL3000 IC test system. According to the characteristic of the test system, we use self owned instrument and verification programs to verify liner signal module, digital signal module, mix signal module, RF signal module and base band signal module. For verification of self owned instrument, we can trace to the source of nation standard via periodic verification.
