摘  要:目的建立胃痛平糖浆的质量标准。方法采用HPLC法,以Diamonsil C18柱,甲醇-乙腈-水-三乙胺(体积比为70.0∶10.0∶20.0∶0.2)为流动相,在270 nm检测波长处,测定白屈菜红碱的含量,同时对白屈菜进行薄层鉴别。结果白屈菜红碱在0.312-20.000 mg·L^-1内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7。平均加样回收率为101.0%,RSD为1.9%(n=9),薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法可有效控制制剂质量 。Objective To establish the quality standard of Weitongping syrup (Chinese meteria medica). Methods A HPLC method was discribed for the determination of chelerythrine with UV absorbance detection. The separation was performed by using a Diamonsil ODS column with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-acetonitrile-water-triethylamine ( V: V: V = 70.0 : : 10.0 : 20.0 : 0.2). The UV detector operated at 270 nm. A TLC method was used for distinguishing Chelidonium majus L. Results The negative comparison displayed no disturbance. The linearity was within the range of 6.25 ng to 400 ng( r = 0. 999 7). The average recovery rate was 101.3 % and RSD was 1.9 % (n = 9). Conclusions The method is suitable for quality control of Weitongping syrup.
