两种输卵管绝育方法对女性生殖内分泌功能的影响

摘　　要：本研究用放射免疫分析法测定９２例育龄女性健康对照者，１３１例输卵管结扎术受术者术后３月～２０年，以及４５例输卵管硅橡胶塞绝育术受术者术后３月～２．５年血清的６种生殖激素：ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ、ＰＲＬ、Ｅ２、Ｐ、Ｔ的水平。研究结果表明，输卵管硅橡胶塞绝育术受术者和无ＰＴＬＳ综合征的输卵管结扎术受术者的性腺轴未受到干扰和影响。但是有ＰＴＬＳ综合征的输卵管结扎术受术者的性腺轴受到干扰，生殖内分泌功能受到不良影响，占总术者的３４％。Serum concentrations of FSH,LH,PRL,E 2,P and T in 92 normal controls,131 women after tubal ligation for 3 months to 20 years,and 45 subjects who had been sterilized with sillicon rubber blocking in Fallopian tubes for 3 months to 2.5 years were measured by radioimmunoassay.The results indicated that the gonadal axises of women without post-tubal ligation syndrom (PTLS) and subjects sterilized with sillicon rubber were not affected.But those of women with PTLS were significantly different from the normal.Tubal ligation may influence the gonadal axis and reproductive and endocrinological function in 34 percent of women.
