摘　　要：自适应多速率语音编解码是由3GPP制定的应用于第三代移动通信W-CDMA系统中的语音压缩编解码。它支持八种速率:12.2kb/s,10.2kb/s,7.95kb/s,7.40kb/s,6.70kb/s,5.90kb/s,5.15kb/s,4.75kb/s。它能够根据信道质量动态选择编码速率,但是在信道质量很差的情况下,即使用最低的速率模式4.75kbps也不能保证话音质量。针对这个问题本文提出一种有效的方法来保证语音传输。仿真结果表明这种方法能够明显地降低话音传输中的误码率;通过主观MOS值的衡量,表明在信道质量差的条件下,该方法可以明显提高语音质量。Adaptive Multi-Rate （AMR） codec has been defined in GSM system and adopted by 3GPP as a combined speech source and channel codec. The codec supports eight different source rates ranging from 12.2 kbps to 4.75 kbps. So it is flexible to adapt the error protection level and to allocate radio resources. In this paper, we propose an effective QoS guaranteed scheme for AMR applications in wireless networks under deteriorative channel. The less Frame Error Rate （FER） can be obtained by adopting the scheme proposed. The experiment result shows that the proposed scheme is able to promise audio transmission with QoS guaranteed.
