摘　　要：介绍了DOW XLA弹力灯芯绒的性能,并对其染整工艺(平幅连续汽蒸退煮漂工艺、冷堆工艺和染色工艺等)进行探讨。针对XLA纤维弹力灯芯绒在生产中存在的一些问题,提出了解决方法及注意要点,以保证产品质量稳定。The property of DOW XLA elastic corduroy was introduced, its dyeing and finishing process was discussed, concerning open width continuous steaming process of desizing/scouring/bleaching, cold pad-batch process, dyeing process. Aiming at existing problems in production, solutions and points for attention were presented so as to guarantee the product quality.
