摘 要:选择活性翠蓝与活性黄染料,研究其拼色染艳绿色的染色同步性,以及染色同步性与织物色相稳定性之间的关系,藉以优化染色工艺。试验结果表明,翠蓝染料Rf较大,汽巴克隆翠蓝、黄染料的Rf最接近;四组拼色染料中,翠蓝上染率均较低,上染较慢,但固色时明显提高,并与黄染料最终趋于一致;固色后,二者色差趋于稳定;由于二者提升力不同,应根据不同的染色深度来调整拼色比例。Through selecting reactive turquoise blue and reactive yellow dyes and the trials comparison ,dye-uptake and the relationship between dye-uptake and hue of fabrics were analyzed, the suitable dyeing process were settled so as to ensure the quality of dyed products. Experiments indicated that the dye-uptake of reactive turquoise blue is lower than that of yellow, while reached the same during fixation. Because the build-up of these two dyestuffs is different, the blend ratio should be ad- justed according to the dye depth during combination dyeing.
