摘 要:对大豆蛋白纤维与腈纶纤维分别用15种常见化学溶剂进行溶解性试验,筛选出浓度99%的N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液作为溶剂;优化定量分析条件,即在90~95℃水浴中以该溶剂处理样品60min,经抽滤,再以相同条件处理样品30min,充分溶解腈纶纤维和剩余的大豆蛋白纤维,经抽滤、烘干、冷却、称重后,计算大豆蛋白纤维/腈纶混纺比,其中大豆蛋白纤维的重量修正系数为1.014。Quantitative analysis methods of soybean protein fiber/acrylic blended products were researched. Solubility experi- ments of two fibers were carried out with fifteen common chemical solvents, so N-dimethyl formamide (99%) was selected as solvent. Condition of quantitative analysis was optimized, that is, treating 60 min with this solvent in 90 -95 ~ water bath, and then vacuum filtration, and treating 30min again under the same condition, so as to fully dissolve acrylic fiber and residual soybean protein fiber. After filtration, drying, cooling and weighting, the blending ratio of soybean protein fiber/acrylic fiber was calculated with weight correction factor 1,014 of soybean protein fiber.
