摘　　要：电子政务空间辅助决策系统是一个大型的、集成的运行系统,其Oracle9i数据库的安全性能对系统至关重要,关系到系统的成败。本文在实践的基础上,从利用网闸、数据库备份/恢复、存取控制、大原始二进制对象等安全策略对提高数据库的安全性能进行了深入和独特的阐述。通过采用这些安全策略,保证了系统的安全运行,最终保障了政府领导部门辅助决策的进行。The safety strategy of oracle9i database is very important and vital for the e-governmental spatial decision-making system, which is a large and integrated run-time platform. Based on some practice, this paper discusses in-depth and particular safety strategy for database by using network strobe, database backup/recovery, access control and BLOB so as to ensure the systemic safety and finally assure the process of decision-making in the government departments.
