摘　　要：空间信息格网是信息时代空间信息在计算机及网络环境下的组织形式。20世纪90年代以来,全球范围关于格网的研究由于数据处理手段的改进逐渐兴起,国内外主要在全球格网划分方法、自然社会经济数据空间化等方面进行了探索,表现出概念延伸、内容深入、范围扩展的特点和趋势,由于应用范围的不断扩展,迫切需要系统的理论研究提供有力的支撑。本文也就空间信息格网的体系研究提出初步建议。Spatial Information Grid (SIG) is a old-line expressional form of spatial information And now researchers discuss it widely and deeply, because they look SIG as a new pattern expressed spatial information under the background of quiet great progress of information technology. This paper introduces the main field that SIG be used in , include the divisiory methods and the scientific data spatialization etc. We propose to establish the theoretic system of SIG in this paper.
