Objective To study the adverse effects of different fluid concentration of dopamine on newborns'skin when who have accepted vein transfusion, and then provide proper suggestion for clinical application. Methods Divided 157 newborns who had lived in the intensive care unit into A group (57 cases), B group (50 cases) and C group (50 cases) according to their clinical adscription. 0.1‰ dopamine, 0.075‰ dopamine and 0.05‰ dopamine were used in these 3 groups respectively, and then observed the adverse effects of newborns'skin for them. Results The incidence rate of serious adverse effects of newborns'skin in the A, B and C group was 19.3%, 4.0% and 0 respectively. In general, the incidence rate of adverse effects in A group was significant higher than that of in B and C group,P〈O.05, and the incidence rate of adverse effects in B group was significant higher than that of in C group,P〈0.05. Condusious 0.05‰ dopamine for vein transfusion is proper for newborns who have in the intensive care unit, which can guarantee the safety for them.
