心理护理配合氟西汀对抑郁障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理配合氟西汀对内科住院抑郁障碍患者治疗效果及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法建立实施心理护理模式，将160例抑郁患障碍者随机分为氟西汀组和心理护理加氟西汀组各80例，比较2组抑郁障碍患者治疗前后抑郁症状的变化和免疫功能的改变。结果心理护理配合氟西汀组与氟西汀组比较HAMD评分和细胞免疫指标差异均有统计学意义，心理护理配合抗抑郁剂氟西汀治疗效果优于单用药物。结论心理护理配合氟西汀能明显帮助改善抑郁症状且提高免疫力，使躯体疾病治疗效果更加显著。Objective To study the effects of psychological nursing combined Fluoxetine for patients with depressive disorder, and then observe the influence of this therapy on the changes of cellular immune function. Methods Divided 160 patients with depressive disorder into the observation group （80 cases ） and the control group （80 cases ） randomly. The simple Fluoxetine therapy was used in the control group, while the psychological nursing combined Fluoxetine therapy was used in the observation group. Compared the clinical effects and the changes of cellular immune function in the two groups. Resuits All the indexes which can indicate the clinical effects and the changes of celluiar immune function in the observation group were better than those of in the control group. Conclusions Psychological nursing combined Fluoxetine can effective ameliorate the syndrome of patients with depressive disorder, and then improve the rehabilitation of them.
