盲穿法微造瘘经皮肾镜取石术的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨盲穿法微造瘘经皮肾镜取石术（MPCNL）的护理配合要点。方法回顾性分析135例MPCNL的手术配合过程，总结该手术所需器械及设备的保养、消毒及使用方法，总结术中配合技巧、操作经验。结果135例手术均取得成功。输尿管上段和肾盂结石取尽率为100％，肾铸型结石取尽率为95％，多发性结石取尽率为91％。结论MPCNL是治疗肾结石及输尿管结石有效的方法，而器械的正确、熟练使用，术中密切的护理配合是手术取得成功、减少并发症和提高结石取尽率的保证。Objective To study the nursing matching points of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy by blindly approach, Methods Retrospective analyzed the nursing matching points of mini-porcutaneous nephrolithotomy by blindly approach among 135 patients, and then summarized the experiences from them. Results All the patients had accepted successful mini-porcutaneous nephrolithotomy. The lithotomy successful ratio in the upper ureter and the renal pelvis was 100%, the lithotomy successful ratio of renal cast-form was 100% too. The lithotomy successful ratio of multiple renal calculi was 91%. Condusions Mini-poreutaneous nephrolithotomy by blind approach is an effective method for renal calculi. Perfect operative skills and the proper nursing cooperation are the guarantee of successful lithotrity.
