摘　　要：针对主要设备参数对收率影响的讨论和理论分析,确定了设备参数与极限收率的关系,用于评价现有设备的合理性.定义了分离难度的概念,同时通过讨论最小理论板数和实际板数的关系,确定了分离难度与余度系数的关系,以指导间歇精馏塔的设计.Through discussing and analyzing the effect of batch distillation equipment parameters on the yielding proportion, the relation between ideal yielding proportion and the column equipment parameters is correlated, which can be applied for appraising reasonability of the design parameters of the using columns. And the concept of the separation difficulty is defined simultaneously. Based on it the relations between minimum number of theoretical plates and factual number of plates are discussed, therefore the relation ship between separation difficulty and superfluous coeffi- cient number is expressed. It is helpful for designing batch distillation column.
