摘  要:研究了国内3个正在运行的城市生活垃圾发电厂的飞灰。结果表明:焚烧飞灰成分相当复杂,其主要成分是SiO2、CaO、Al2O3和Fe2O3,其次为Na2O、K2O、MgO,还含有少量重金属,如Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn等,其中Pb、Zn等重金属严重超出危险废物鉴别标准,属于危险废物。飞灰粒径的主要范围在10~100μm之间。焚烧飞灰熔点受成分的影响最为显著,SiO2+Al2O3含量的高低直接影响飞灰试样的熔点,3种焚烧飞灰的熔点由高到低依次为FA3>FA2>FA1。Basic characteristics of three kinds of fly ashes from municipal solid waste incinerator (MSWI) in China were investigated. The results show that it is mainly composed of SiO2, CaO, Al2O3, and Fe2O3; following the part of fly ash is Na2O, K2O, MgO; there are a little of heavy metals, such as Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb, and Zn. Leached Pb and Zn exceeds the limit value of National Identifcation Standard for Hazardous Wastes, therefore fly ashes from MSWI are classified as hazardous waste. The particle size range of fly ashes is mainly 10μm-1000μm. The melting point of fly ashes is significantly affected by its composition. The melting point of fly ashes is directly related with the content of SiO2 and Al2O3 in fly ashes. The melting point of fly ashes from high to low is as follow FA3, FA2, FA1.
