摘 要:介绍一种新型小型固定点(即物质熔化或凝固的恒定温度)热电偶,能够实现定期自动检定,不确定度达到小于1K。通过基础研究,找到了适用于540~580℃温度范围的合金材料。将带加热装置的固定点材料安装到热电偶中,可以以一定的方式经过固定点温度,利用固定点检定热温度计。现场的试验表明可以达到小于1K的不确定度。Fixed-points are defined as the melting or solidifying of a material at a constant temperature. The required uncertainty of 1K will be achieved by the use of a new kind of miniature fixed-point thermocouple with regular automatic calibrations during the operating of the power plant. As a result of basic research, suitable materials were found for the technically interesting range between 540 ℃ and 580 ℃. If a fixed-point material with heating is installed in a thermometer, it is possible to pass through the fixed-point in installed mode and thereby to calibrate the display of the thermometer. Studies in power plants demonstrate that an uncertainty of less than 1 K can be achieved.
