摘　　要：西部小型高校应根据本地区、本校、本图书馆的实际情况、馆藏特点,按照节能、优化、高效、实用的原则建设数字图书馆。楚雄师范学院建设数字图书馆的模式是服务主导型,它以图书馆本身的数字化特种馆藏、商用的网上联机数据库或电子出版物、因特网上有用的文献信息资源为主要数字化资源,由一个统一的信息访问平台和一个为读者服务的网上参考咨询台为两翼,实现对读者的有效服务。The small scale university in west region should construct digital library according to itself actuality. This article discusses the concept and approach of digital library, analyzes the problems encountered in the development of university digital libraries, with the current situation of the construction of university digital library, this article brings forward several ways of university digital library construction.
