摘　　要：安全防范系统的核心是信息采集与处理。其相关技术包括:非电量传感技术、微机接口及其控制技术、信息传输与存储技术等。其中楼机是安防系统的中间环节,而控制主机是终端。就安全防范系统中楼机与控制主机的连接及通讯提出新的想法。The core of the safety guard system in the intelligent residential areas is the signal collecting and processing. The related techniques include no - electricity sensor technology, micro - connecting and controlling technology, information delivery and store technique etc. The building machine is a middle link of safety guard system, while the control host is a terminal. The new ideas of building machine and control link and correspondence are introduced in this paper.
