摘　　要：介绍了民用建筑工业化发展的一般情况,并总结建筑工业化施工的方法和施工作业程序,重点归纳了框架轻板建筑和装配式大板建筑的结构和施工方法。This paper gives a general introduction to civil buildings. Besides, it sums up the construction method of industrialization and the relevant procedures, focusing on the structure and construction method of the framed light - plate construction and the fabricated large- slab construction.
