摘 要:铜及其合金坯料水平连续铸造工艺,具有占地面积小、投资省、流程短和节能等显著特点,近期在国内外发展很快.介绍了该设备的特征和工况,分析了在设备运行中引锭机构牵拉-停牵-反推-停推四节拍的独特流程.并在此基础上设计出可以在线优化工艺参数的由单片机控制器、VVVF(Variable Voltage Variabl Frequency)和变频调速异步电动机组成的引锭机构驱动控制系统,实现了连铸工艺的优质、稳定和可靠运行.引锭机构的推拉时间比为1∶3 ~1∶4,连铸周期为5 ~ 20 s,牵引节矩为 10 ~ 40 mm.针对设计中的几个关键问题提供了理论上的说明,有助于国内铜型材水平连铸产业的技术更新和发展.The horizontal successive foundry craftwork of copper and its alloy ingots has some remarkable advantages, such as small processing space, less investment, short workflow and economization, so it has developed rapidly in recent times both home and abroad. This paper simply introduces the characteristics of the device and the working situation, analyzes the four-step unique process of draught-stop-push-stop in device function of traction machine. Based on the process, the traction machine drive control system was designed in which craftwork parameters can be completed on-line, completed by the single-chip computer controller, VVVF(Variable Voltage Variable Frequency)and frequency -altering speed varation asynchronous motor. The system prossesses high quality.stable and reliable function of successive foundry craftwork. The time ratio of traction and push is 3 : 1-4 : 1, period of successive foundry is 5 -20 s and traction length is 10 - 40 mm. The theoretical illumination to some key problems in designing was supplied, which is helpful to the development of domestic horizontal successive foundry industry.
