摘 要:以青海东台吉乃尔盐湖提锂后卤水为原料,对2-乙基-1,3-己二醇分别与异辛醇、异戊醇组合的混合醇,从萃取剂浓度、酸度、相比、萃取时间、饱和萃取容量、反萃剂浓度、反萃时间等方面加以实验,获得了混合醇从卤水中萃取提硼的最佳工艺条件:萃取剂体积分数30%,水相pH为3,相比(O/A)1:2,萃取时间10m in,最大饱和容量61.4g/L(B2O3)。并与一元醇进行了比较,得出混合醇的萃取效果远好于一元醇。With the brines from Qinghai Dongtai Jinaier salt lakes as raw materials,we carried out the experiments of mixed alcohols which were obtained by 2 - ethyl - 1,3 - haxanediol mixed iso -octanl and isoamyl alcohol from them. Parameters such as the concentration of extractant, the acidity, the ratio of organic phase to brine, the time of extraction, the saturated extraction volume, the concentration and time of stripping agent and so on were investigated. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows:the volume of extractant was 30%, pH of the aqueous phase was 3, the ratio of organic phase to brine was 1:2 ,the extraction time was 10 minutes, the extraction maximum capacity was 61.4g/L( B2O3 ). The striping time was 10 minutes. Compared with monohydric alcohols, the extracting efficiency of the former is better than the later.
