摘  要:以氯化镁和硼酸为原料,通过均匀沉淀—醇溶胶法制备纳米硼酸镁,用化学分析、XRD、SEM和IR等手段对产物进行表征。讨论了添加乙醇、CTMAB和(NH4)2SO4对硼酸镁粒径的影响,在一定条件下,可得到平均粒径为20nm左右的硼酸镁粉体。并测定了不同温度下硼酸镁对电熔氧化镁绝缘电阻和耐压性能的影响。Nano - Mg2B2O5 was prepared by homogeneous precipitation - alcohol sol method using MgCl2 and boric acid as raw materials and studied by studied by chemical analysis, XRD, SEM and IR and so on. The influences of ethanol, CTMAB and (NH4)2SO4 on Mg2B2O5 particle size were studied. It was found that Mg2B2O5 with particle size about 20nm could be prepared by controlling a certain process conditions. The influence of Mg2B2O5 on MgO about resistance and withstand voltage were determined in the different temperature.
