摘　　要：分析了德国祖克S432型浆纱机的性能,并通过特细号高密织物经纱上浆,分析了该浆纱机的上浆质量.结果表明,S432型浆纱机的结构合理,性能稳定,设计制造先进,适应特细号高密织物品种开发,浆纱质量完全满足现代无梭织机高效率生产的要求.The properties and the sizing quality of Germany Sucker S432 sizing machine are analyzed. Based on warp sizing practice to special fine yarn and high-density fabrics, the sizing quality is also analyzed. It is proved that Sucker S432 sizing machine is rational in structure, stable in performance and advanced in design, it suits in sizing special fine yarn and high-density fabrics, and the sizing quality can meet the requirements of high efficiency weaving to the modern shuttleless looms.
