摘 要:建立了巯基葡聚糖凝胶分离富集-氢化物发生原子荧光法,用于测定汞、铅、锑的含量.采用微波消解样品,以巯基葡聚糖凝胶在不同的pH条件下分离富集汞、铅、锑,再以不同浓度的HCl洗脱后氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定含量.汞、铅、锑的线性检测范围分别为0~80,0~150,0~200μg/L,方法检出限分别为0.05,0.30,0.25μg/L,样品加标回收率汞为99.0%~105.5%、铅为98.0%~101.5%、锑为99.8%~100.6%.本方法具有基体干扰小,灵敏度高,检出限低,线性范围宽的特点,应用于实际样品的测定,结果满意.A method of determination mercury, lead, antimony in food stuff by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry after separation and enrichment with mercapto-dextrangel was estab- lished. The sample was digested with nitric and hydrogen peroxid, then was separated and enriched with mercapto-dextrangel in different pH, the solution was eluted with different concentration. The various test condition and effect factors for determination of Mercury, lead, antimony have been optimized. The liner range of method is 0~80μg/L for mercury,0~150μg/L for lead,0~200μg/L for antimony. The detection limits of the method are 0. 05, 0. 30,0. 25μg/L respectively and recoveries are in the rang 99.0%~105.5% for mercury, 98.0%~101.5% for lead, 99. 8%~100. 6% for antimony. This method is sensitive and accurate and has been applied for the determination Mercury, Lead, Antimony in Foodstuff with satisfactory results.
