摘 要:采用主基因+多基因混合遗传分离分析方法,联合分析J280082(小粒品种)×海系13(大粒品种),巴马九月黄(小粒品种)×海系13(大粒品种)2个组合的P1、P2、F1和F2四个群体,研究大豆籽粒大小的遗传规律,进而应用t测验和方差分析法分析并筛选与籽粒大小紧密连锁的SSR分子标记。结果表明:2个组合的大豆籽粒大小遗传都符合E-1模型,即籽粒大小性状均受两对主基因控制,并且有多基因效应,主基因效应表现为加性-显性-上位性效应;2组合主基因遗传率都较大,分别为74.3%、42.6%,多基因遗传率较小,分别为5.1%、14.4%。在J280082×海系13中有17个标记与大豆籽粒大小性状相关,在巴马九月黄×海系13群体中有12个标记与大豆籽粒大小性状相关;其中satt070(B 2连锁群)、satt546(D 1b连锁群)、satt302(H连锁群)、satt337(K连锁群)、satt373(L连锁群)、satt237(N连锁群)在两个群体中都表现出与大豆籽粒大小相关;satt302、satt070在两个群体中都有着较高的对籽粒大小性状变异的解释率(>8%),可用于对大豆籽粒大小性状分子标记辅助育种选择。Inheritance of soybean seed size was analyzed jointly in P1 and P2 parents, F1 and F2 generations derived from the crosses J280082× Haixi 13 and Bamajiuyuehuang × Haixi 13 by using the joint segregation analysis of the mixed major genes and polygene inheritance model of quantitative traits. And then through t-test analysis and variance analysis, SSR'markers which linked lightly with seed size were screened. The results showed that the inheritance model of the seed size of in two populations were both accorded with the E-1 model, namely the inheritance of the seed size in two populations were both controlled by two major genes plus polygenes. The two major genes showed dominant, additive and epistatic effect. The heritability values of the major genes and polygenes in the two populations were 74.3% and 42.6%, 5.1% and 14.4%, respectively. 17 SSR markers in the F2 population of J280082X Haixi 13 and 12 SSR markers in the F2 population of Bamajiuyuehuang×Haixi 13 were found linked with the seed size. And the markers of satt070, satt546, satt302, satt337, satt373 and satt237, which situated on B2, Dlb, H, K, L and N linkage groups, respectively, linked with the seed size in the two populations. Markers of satt302 and satt070 had higher R^2(〉8%) in two populations and could be used in molecular marker assisted selection of the trait.
