摘  要:由氟醇、IPD I、聚酯二元醇、DMPA和TMP合成了氟改性聚氨酯乳液树脂,并对其微相分离程度及表面性能进行了研究。结果表明,氟改性后,水性聚氨酯的微相分离程度提高,氟碳链易在表层至150-200μm深处富集。水在氟改性聚氨酯干膜上的接触角比普通PU有明显增加,当FPU中DFA质量分数为1%时,接触角达到70°,抗水性能增强。Fluorinated polyurethane (FPU) emulsion was synthesized via copolymerization of fluorinated polyol, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) , poly ( 1,4-butylene adipate) glycol (PBA), dimethlylol propionic acid (DMPA) and trimethylol propane(TMP). The extent of micro-phase separation in FPU film and the surface properties of the FPU film were studied. The results show that the extent of the micro-phase separation in the FPU increases with fluorine content. A layer of 150 - 200 μm thick from the surface is rich in fluorinated chains in the fluorinated polyurethane film. The water contact angle of the FPU dry films becomes significantly greater than that of polyurethane. The water contact angle was 70° when ω(DFA) was 1%. The water resistence becomes better.
