菊花抗疟效应实验研究(二)——对约氏疟原虫红外期的效应

摘　　要：实验动物Wistar大白鼠由尾静脉接种约氏疟原虫子孢子后2h和24h,分别腹腔内注射菊花氯仿萃取物700mg/kg,接种子孢子40h后,处死动物取肝标本作病理检查,治疗组动物肝组织裂殖体的成熟率仅6.66%,而对照组的成熟率则为83.33%,显示菊花氯仿萃取物对约氏疟原虫红外期有明显抑制作用.Sporozoite of P. Yoelii was injected to Wistar rat by caudal vein. After both 2h and 24 h,chloroform extract of Chrysanthemum in dosage 700mg/kg was injected intraperitoneal in treatment group. After injecting sporozoite 40 h,the hepatic sample from the killing animal was taken to do pathologic examination. The maturation rate of schizont within animal hepatic tissue was 6. 66% in treatment group and 83. 33% in control group. It showed that chloroform extract of chrysanthemum has a marked inhibition on P. Yoelii in primary exoerythrocytic stage.
