摘  要:采用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为软模板,在CaC l2、Na2CO3体系中调控合成了球霰石型的碳酸钙球形晶体。研究了碳酸钙球体的成型原因,分析了不同浓度HPMC对晶体生长的影响;分别用SEM、XRD和FT-IR测试技术对晶体的形貌和结构进行了观察和表征。结果表明,在纯水溶液中所得的碳酸钙为菱形方解石;HPMC的加入促使球霰石相碳酸钙的异相成核,碳酸钙的晶型与形貌随HPMC质量分数的变化而改变,当HPMC的质量分数达到1.0%时,可成功地诱导碳酸钙晶体取向生长形成球体。Spherical calcium carbonate was prepared by the reaction of sodium carbonate with calcium chloride in the presence of a biomolecule(HPMC) as the template. The products were characterized by SEM, FT-IR and XRD, respectively. The results show that calcite formed in the absence of HPMC and vaterite formed in the presence of HPMC. The effect of HPMC on the crystal form and morphology of the as-prepared CaCO3 was investigated. It was found that the shape of the produced calcium carbonate crystallites could be well controlled by adjusting the HPMC concentration. Vaterite spheres were induced when the ω(HPMC) reached 1.0%.
