摘　　要：本文讨论了药物动力学参数已知时符合米氏消除药物最优给药方案设计的一种数值方法。This paper consider a simple numerical method as the opcimal target dose-giving de- sign of the drugs obeying Michaelis-Menten elimination kinetics. By this method . the plasma concen- crations reach a target steady-state most quickly.
