摘  要:大田条件下研究了连作对花生光合作用和干物质积累的影响,结果表明,连作降低了花生的单叶光合速率、群体光合速率和叶绿素含量,并有随生育进程推进影响加重的趋势,其中叶绿素含量的降幅较小。连作还降低花生的叶面积系数和比叶重,影响干物质的积累和荚果产量。另外对花生植株根瘤数量影响明显,降低了花生对大气中氮的利用效率。Abstract: Studies on effect of continuous cropping on photosynthesis and accumulation of dry matter in peanut were carried out under field condition. Results showed: Continuous cropping decreased leaf net photosynthesis (Pn), canopy apparent photosynthesis (CAP) and concentration of chlorophyll in peanut, three characters mentioned above became severer with the plant development, while little influence existed on the concentration of chlorophyll (Ch1). Continuous cropping also decreased leaf area index (LAI) and specific leaf weight (SLW), affected accumulation of dry matter in peanut. This effect resulted in the decrease of pod dry matter (PDM) and total dry matter (TDM). At the same time, continuous cropping significantly decreased root nodule number in peanut, decreased nitrogenous using efficiency coming from the atmosphere.
