磁—重联合流程从铁矿尾矿中回收铁的试验研究

摘　　要：本试验通过对铁尾矿进行的弱磁场分选试验、强磁场分选试验及重力分选试验的结果分析,确定了磁-重联合流程对铁尾矿进行分选的试验方案,得到了产率为9%以上,铁品位为60%以上,铁回收率约为27%的铁精矿.在铁矿尾矿回收铁的研究上取得了良好的效果,提高了资源利用效率,具有十分重要的经济意义和社会意义.This test ascertains the proiect of the magnetic and gravitational separation through the analysis of the low-intensity and high-intensity magnetic separation and the gravitational separation. Gained the exact iron, the production rate is over 9% and iron percentage is over 60% and recovery rate is about 27%. It obtains an good effect on the study of reclaiming iron from iron tailing, raises the using of resource efficiency, earns an importance significance in the economy and society.
