摘 要:目的研究上游法和密度梯度离心法(Percoll法)处理前后精子畸形率的改变。方法60例精液标本分别行上游法和密度梯度离心法优选,处理前后均行精子形态改良巴氏染色分析。结果上游法和密度梯度离心法都可以显著降低精子的畸形率,上游法以颈部和尾部畸形最为明显,其他畸形降低不显著;而密度梯度离心法处理后精子以大头和双头畸形降低较为显著,其他种类畸形精子率下降不显著。结论上游法和密度梯度离心法对改善精子畸形率的作用有限。Objective To investigate the morpbology changes of the spermatozoa betore and after the treatments ot swim up and density gradient centrifugation procedure. Methods 60 semen specimens were selected by swim up and density gradient centrifugation procedure separatedly,then the morphology changes of the spermatozoa were analyzed with papanicolaou staining method. Results These two methods could reduce the malformation rates of the spermatozoa markedly. For swim up methods the neck and tail malformation reduced markedly, but other kinds of malformation were not. For density gradient centrifugation method big head and double head were reduced markedly,but others were not. Conclusion The efficacy of these two methods for reducing the malformation rates of the spermatozoa is limited.
