高温季节三种中药添加剂对蛋种鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响

摘　　要：选用280日龄1 080只罗曼蛋种鸡,随机分为4个处理(对照组及3个中药添加组),每个处理3个重复,每个重复90只鸡。于夏季高温期间在蛋种鸡日粮中分别添加0.1%的3种不同的中药添加剂。结果表明:添加中药添加剂,其中方2、方3组能够明显提高蛋种鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重、哈氏单位和蛋白高度,降低种蛋淘汰率(P<0.05),说明合理的中药组方可以改善高温季节蛋种鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质。Objective： To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine additive on laying productivity and egg quality in high temperature. 1,080 Romane laying hens of 280 days were randomly divided into four groups（one control group, three traditional Chinese medicine additive groups,CMA Ⅰ ,CMA Ⅱ , CMA Ⅲ ）, every group was three replicates with 90 layers in each. Three groups were fed three different CMAS at 0.1 % of daily diet for a period of four weeks in hot summer. The result showed that the CMA Ⅱ and CMA Ⅲ obviously increased laying rate,average egg weight, haugh unit,albumen height, and decreased culling egg rate（P〈0. 05）. The reasonable Chinese medicine formular could improve laying performance and egg quality of Romane hen in high temperature.
