三子养亲汤加味治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价三子养亲汤加味对非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)治疗的临床疗效。方法:60例NERD患者随机分成两组,治疗组予三子养亲汤加味口服8周,对照组予奥美拉唑口服8周。结果:中药可以明显改善NERD患者的各项临床典型症状,与PPI治疗相比较,对各个单项症状的疗效无显著性差异。结果显示,中药治疗有效率高达83.33%,与PPI治疗相比较,总有效率无显著性差异。结论:三子养亲汤加味对非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)治疗具有明显的临床疗效,与奥美拉唑比较无显著差异。Objective ： To evaluate clinical therapeutic effect of Sanziyangqin Decoction Plus on Non - erosive Reflux Disease （NERD）. Methods ： 60 cases of Non -erosive Reflux Disease were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （ n = 30） were treated with Sanziyangqin Decoction Plus for 8 weeks, the control group（ n = 30） with oral administration of Omeprazole Capsule for 8 weeks. Results ： After treatment, the cumulative scores of the symptoms decreased significantly in both groups（ P 〈0. 05） ,and the clinical total effective rates were 83.33% and 86.67 % in the treatment and control group respectively. Conclusion ：Sanziyangqin Decoction Plus has obvious therapeutic effect on NERD as good as Omeprazole Capsule.
