针刺治疗轻中度血管性痴呆临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察“益气调血、扶本培源”针法治疗轻中度血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将63例轻中度血管性痴呆的患者随机分为针刺组32例和对照组31例,针刺组施与“益气调血、扶本培源”针法,对照组给与喜得镇,分别于治疗前和治疗12周后,观察简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)、Bless行为量表(BBS)、中医证候积分表(SDSVD)等指标,进行疗效评价。结果:针刺组治疗后,认知能力、行为能力、中医证候评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),对照组治疗后,认知能力、行为能力较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),中医证候评分无明显变化;治疗后,认知能力、行为能力、中医证候评分等指标针刺组明显优于对照组,(P<0.01)。结论:“益气调血、扶本培源”针法可显著改善轻中度血管性痴呆患者认知、行为能力和中医证候,疗效明显优于对照组。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effects on the ＂Yi Qi Tiao Xue, Fu Ben Pei Yuan＂ acupuncture therapy treating mild and moderate Vascular Dementia. Methods ： 63 patients with nfild and moderate Vascular Dementia were randomly divided into treatment group （ n =32）, which was treated with ＂Yi Qi Tiao Xue, Fu Ben Pei Yuan＂ acupuncture therapy and control group （ n =31）, which was given Dihydroergocristines. MMSE, BBS, SDSVD were carried out before and after 12 weeks treatment to evaluate curative effects. Results ：①Compared to before treatment, the cognitive ability, behavior capability and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome had obviously improved after acupuncture treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）, while the cognitive ability and behavior capability improved obviously in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）, and there was no significant improving in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome. ②The index about the cognitive ability, capability and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the treatment group were remarkably higher than the control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Compared to the control group, acupuncture presents excellent treatment effects on improving the cognitive ability, behavior capability and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of the patients with mild and moderate vascular dementia.
