摘 要:目的:研究益气活血中药复方对压力超负荷性心肌肥厚模型大鼠的作用及机理。方法:采用大鼠腹主动脉缩窄法复制压力超负荷性心肌肥厚模型。于术后第8周测定心脏重量指数及血液生化指标,包括血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、内皮素(ET)、醛固酮(ALD)、心房钠尿肽(ANP)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。结果:模型对照组与假手术组比较,心脏重量指数显著增加(P<0.01);AngⅡ、ALD、ET、ANP显著升高,而NOS、NO、SOD显著降低。卡托普利组、益气活血中药干预组比模型对照组心脏重量指数显著降低(P<0.01);AngⅡ、ALD、ET、ANP显著降低,而NOS、NO、SOD显著升高。结论:益气活血中药可明显抑制压力超负荷大鼠心肌肥厚的发展,可能通过肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)以及NO系统而发挥作用。Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine (CCTM) benefiting Qi and promoting Blood Flow decoction on myocardial hypertrophy due to overload. Methods: Hypertrophic myocardium was induced by partial abdominal arota constriction (AC) in rats. The myocardial hypertrophy index and the contents of AngⅡ, ET, ALD, ANP, NO, NOS, SOD were measured after 8 weeks of AC. Results: The myocardial hypertrophy index and AngⅡ , ET, ALD, ANP of model group increased markedly, while NO, NOS, SOD decreased obviously compared with that of sham operation group. The myocardial hypertrophy index and AngⅡ, ET, ALD, ANP decreased markedly, while NO, NOS, SOD increased obviously in captopril group and CCTM group compared with that of model group respectively. Conclusion: These results suggest that CCTM benefiting Qi and promoting Blood Flow decoction can inhibit the progess of myocardial hypertrophy in rats induced by overload, and down regulate the expression of correlated factors.
