摘　　要：利用自制的中性脱墨剂对在ONP/OMG中性脱墨过程中影响脱墨效果的各工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明,当碎浆温度为70℃,碎浆浓度为5.0%,碎浆时间为20min,熟化时间为15min,浮选温度为50℃,浮选浓度为1.0%,浮选时间为8min,洗涤2次,脱墨剂用量为0.75%时,ONP/OMG中性脱墨效果很好,此时脱墨浆的白度可达到68.5%,残余油墨粒子浓度减小到186mg·kg-1。Using the homemade neutral deinking agent, the conditions which affected the ONP/OMG neutral deinking process were studied. The result showed that the neutral deinking effect was good under the condition of 70℃ of pulper temperature, 5.0% of pulper concentration, 20min of pulper time, 15min maturation time, 50℃ of flotation temperature, 1.0% of flotation concentration, 8min of flotation time, 2 time of wash, 0.75% of deinking agent dosage. In this condition, the brightness of deinked pulp could achieve 68.5%, the ERIC concentration could decreased to 186mg·kg^-1.
