EHF 患者血清及尿液 TNF 及 sIL-2R 的研究

摘　　要：用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法，对３０例流行性出血热患者的血清及尿液各９６份中的ＴＮＦ及ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ的含量进行了动态检测。结果显示ＴＮＦ及ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平皆高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。其改变与患者的病程与病情密切相关。尿液中二者含量与尿蛋白含量呈正相关。血、尿中ＴＮＦ及ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量亦呈正相关。提示ＴＮＦ及ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ参与了流行性出血热的发病过程。Serum and urine levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL 2R) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) in 30 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) were sequentially investigated by double antibody sandwich ELISA.The results showed that the serum and urine levels of sIL 2R and TNF α were significantly higher in EHF patients of each clinical phase than in normal controls(P<0 01).The changes of serum and urine sIL 2R and TNF α levels were closely associated with the clinical course of EHF.Both of their levels varied with the severities of the diseases.Urine levels of sIL 2R and TNF α positively correlated with serum levels.Urine levels of sIL 2R and TNF α positively correlated with proteinuria levels,TNF α levels in serum and unire positively correlated with the corresponding sIL 2R levels in serum and urine.It was suggested that sIL 2R and TNF α are involved in the pathogenesis of EHF.
