摘　　要：目的 描述广西旋毛虫病暴发特征，了解保虫宿主和人群感染现状，分析其暴发潜在性。方法 查阅历年广西旋毛虫病暴发疫情资料；选择疫区和非疫区、有和无吃生肉习惯的部分县、市为调查点，采用压片镜检法检查猪肉、狗肉和老鼠膈肌，了解动物自然感染情况；采用ELISA检查人群血清抗体。结果 1998—2000年间，广西分别在桂中南的邕宁，桂西的德保县，桂西北的南丹县发生了6次旋毛虫病暴发，暴发点分布在边远的山村，患者均为壮族居民，均是由于吃了生的猪肉引起暴发，病死率为2．68％。鼠类平均自然感染率1．42％，德保县高达4．46%。人群抗体平均阳性率为3．31％。结论 广西旋毛虫病呈点状分布在边远山区的壮族山村，吃生猪肉是引起暴发的直接原因；广西中南、西和西北局部存在自然疫源地，鼠类是其主要的保虫宿主。Objective To describes the outbreak characteristic of trichinellasis and infection situation of the save host of trichina in Guangxi , and understand current antibody status of inhabitants. Methods The historic data about trichinellasis epidemic were analyzed. Epidemic and non-epidemic counties （or cities） with habits of eating （or not） raw meat were chosen. The specimens of raw pork and dog meat were collected from local markets and the rats were caught by local people. Those specimens were pressed with two slices and checked with microscope in order to understand the nature infection of animal. ELISA was used to test serum antibody of local people. Results During 1998- 2000, there were 6 times trichinellasis outbreaks which took place in the center-south （Yongning County）, west （Debao County） and northwest （Nandan County） of Guangxi, respectively. All the outbreaks were due to eating raw pork and distributed in remote Zhuang minority villages. The fatality rate was 2.68%. The natural infection rate of rat was 1.42% （up to 4.46% in Debao） . The average positive rate of antibody of inhabitants was 3,31%. Conclusion Trichinellasis presented spot distribution in remote Zhuang minority villages in Guangxi. Eating raw pork was the direct causation of the disease. Natural epidemic focuses exist in the center-south, west and northwest of Guangxi. Rats were the main saving host.
