云南、黑龙江两省南瓜主要病毒病原种类鉴定

摘　　要：应用电镜、酶联免疫吸附测定(Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay,ELISA)方法检测了云南、黑龙江两省南瓜病毒病病原种类。研究结果表明,云南省南瓜病毒病原种类较多,检测到番木瓜环斑病毒西瓜株系(Papararingspot virus W,PRSV-W)、西葫芦黄色花叶病毒(Zucchini yellow mosaicvirus,ZYMV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)、粉虱传双生病毒(Whitefly-transmitted geminivirus,WTGs)。黑龙江省检测到两种病毒:西瓜花叶病毒2号(Watermelon mosaic virus 2,WMV-2)、黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)。两省样品的电镜检测均观察到了番茄斑萎属病毒(Tospovirus)。The pathogenic categories of pumpkin virus diseases in Yunnan and Heilongjiang Provinces were tested by electron microscopy and ELISA. The results showed that more pathogenic categories were identified in Yunnan Province, including Papara ringspot virus W （PRSV-W）, Zucchini yellow mosaic virus （ZYMV）, Cucumber mosaic virus （CMV）, Whitefly-transmitted geminivirus （WTGs）. Only two viruses, Watermelon mosaic virus （WMV-2） and CMV, were detected in Heilongjiang Province. While Tospovirus was detected in both of the two provinces by electron microscopy.
