摘  要:玉东稠油油藏埋藏深,原油粘度高,井筒举升困难,其完井管柱和有杆泵系统主要靠经验设计,缺乏定量的优化。针对这一现状,通过井筒温度分布规律的建立和稠油掺稀油的粘度—温度关系数据测试结果,建立稠油油井抽油杆摩阻载荷数学模型,开发出1套稠油有杆泵举升优化设计软件,优化完井管柱尺寸及有杆泵系统,泵挂由2800 m加深至3000m,在降低开采成本的同时,有效提高了单井产量。Yudong heavy oil reservoir is deeply buried,oil viscosity is high,and borehole lifting is difficult.The completion string and rod pumping system are mostly designed by experience and lack of quantitative optimization.In accordance with this,a mathematical model of heavy oil well rod friction load has been established through wellbore temperature distribution and viscosity-temperature test after blending light oil in heavy oil.Software of heavy oil well rod pump lifting optimization has been developed to optimize well completion string and rod pumping system.Pump setting depth deepens from 2 800 m to 3 000 m,thus reduced recovery cost and improved single well production.
