摘　　要：针对吉林油田注采系统普遍存在的严重的腐蚀、结垢现象,对腐蚀、结垢因素进行了分析。研究、开发了投资少、见效快、工艺简单的水质化学处理工艺及油井腐蚀、结垢防治技术。实践表明,该技术可有效地控制注采系统的腐蚀、结垢问题,并极大地减少作业工作量和腐蚀、结垢造成的损失,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。This paper analyzes the problems of corrosion and scaling in injection-production system of Jilin oilfield,studies and develops a chemical water treatment process which is low cost,fast effective and simple to operate,and oil well corrosion and scaling prevention technique.It has been proved by practice that this technique can effectively control corrosion and scaling in injection-production system,greatly reduce the scope of work and the loss due to corrosion and scaling,and achieve notable social and economic benefit.
