摘　　要：分析了国内外亚麻生产与科研状况,阐述了我国亚麻种植业滞后的原因,以及建立黑龙江省亚麻高科技示范园区的意义、设想和规划。Discussed the production and scientific research of flax home and abroad and the reason of why flax planting is back.
