摘　　要：建设和谐研究所是贯彻落实科学发展观和构建和谐社会的必然要求,也是研究所加快自身发展的需要。当前,建设和谐研究所的主要方针是“公平、公正、民主、诚信”。我们要紧紧围绕这一重点,从树立和谐理念、构建和谐关系入手,坚持以人为本,各尽其能、各得其所,这样,和谐研究所的建设目标就能顺利实现。Building a harmonious institute is a requirement to carry out the scientific concept of development and harmonious society construction. It is also a need to facilitate the development of the institute itself. At present stage, the principle of building a harmonious institute is ＂equality, justness, democracy and trust＂. This is a key issue that we should concentrate. We should proceed with building up a harmonious notion and adhere to the principle of people-oriented. Only in this way could people do their best and our aim of building a harmonious institute be fulfilled all right.
