摘　　要：该文针对新形势下农业科研单位固定资产管理中出现的新情况、新问题,进行了较为全面的理论分析,指出了存在的主要问题和不足,并结合国库集中支付制度改革等新的形势,提出了完善固定资产管理体系等若干思考。This paper carries out a comprehensive theory analysis as for the new situations and problems coming up in the fixed assets management under the new trend in the agricultural scientific research institutes. Existing problems and insufficiency are pointed out and views on the improvement of the fixed assets management system are brought forward by addressing the new trend of the reform on centralized treasury payment system.
