摘  要:采用三菱FX2N-64MR型PLC对B2016龙门刨铣床进行数控化改造,设计了龙门刨铣床刀架、横梁外部接口电路及主运动控制电路,完成了主运动、刀架、横梁PLC控制程序设计,实现了对龙门刨铣床刀架、横梁进给运动及工作台主运动电气控制系统的PLC逻辑时序控制。实践证明,改造好的龙门刨铣床大大提高了机床的性能和加工能力,有效地提高了工件的加工精度,产生了显著的经济效益和社会效益。B2016 Frame Planer was reformed in CNC based on the FX2N PLC Mitsubishi. Frame planer tool set, crossbeam external interface and main cutting motion electrical control circuits were designed. The control system of main cutting motion, tool set, and crossbeam was programmed. The logic sequence control over the tool set, crossbeam and the work bed was realized. The machine performance and machining ability were greatly improved using the alteration machine. The manufacture precision and efficiency were increased, and large economical benefit was produced.
