摘　　要：目的探讨在小城镇规划中可持续发展状况评价与区域协调发展的对策。方法采用实证研究与定性分析相结合的方法,以青海省小城镇规划为例,从区域可持续发展的角度对区域协调发展进行分析研究。结果基于青海省可持续发展状况评价提出依托青藏铁路、以生态建设为先导、以旅游和盐化产业为支柱等区域协调发展对策和建议。结论在编制小城镇规划的过程中,必须以该区域可持续发展状况评价为依据,建立以可持续发展为理论支撑的规划方法,从而促进区域的协调发展。Aim To discuss the appraisal of sustainable development and the countermeasure of regional coordinated growth. Methods Using the method of the real diagnosis research and the qualitative analysis , take town planning of Qinghai province as the example, to study the regional coordinated growth from the sustainable development view, then, to conduct the analysis research. Results Based on the appraisal of sustainable development of Qinghai, the paper proposes the countermeasure of regional coordinated growth, that the region should make an advanced progress in ecological construction, meanwhile, the region should make the tourism industry and sah-chemistry industry as the domain industies, depending on the Qingzang Road. Conclusion In the process of town plan- ning, it is necessary to appraise the sustainable development of the region. The paper established the method based on the theory of sustainable development, in order to propose the countermeasure of regional coordinated growth, which can accelerate region growth.
