摘  要:以质量分数1%的复合微生物制剂作为饲料添加剂投喂草鱼,30 d后分别测定草鱼的生长性能指标与免疫功能相关指标,以了解复合微生物制剂对草鱼免疫机能的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,实验组草鱼体重与体长分别增加了8.9%(P<0.01)、3.9%(P<0.01),血清溶菌酶、抗大肠杆菌的活力、酚氧化酶和血清总补体溶血活力分别提高39.5%、143.5%、101.2%、10.2%,谷丙转氨酶活性降低11.6%。由此可见,复合微生物制剂能有效促进草鱼的生长与提高其免疫机能。To study the effect of compound microorganism agent on immunity function of Grass Carp, 1% compound microorganism agent as additive was fed on grass carp and the growth, immunity function were evaluated after 30 days. The result showed that the weight and length of Grass Carp is increased by 8.93% ( P 〈 0.01 ) and 3.93% ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and the activity of lysozyme, anti - bacterial, phenoloxidase and complement increased by 39.5% , 143.5% , 101.2% , 10.2% and glutamic - pyruvic transaminase is decreased by 11.6% compared with control, respectively. In conclusion, the compound microorganism agent effectively improved the growth and immunity function of grass carp. This article can provide some reference on application of the compound microorganism agent improving immunity function of aquatic animal in aquaculture.
