摘  要:水布垭水利枢纽,大坝高233 m,为目前世界上最高的面板堆石坝。泄洪最大水头180 m,最大泄流量18 320 m3/s,最大泄洪功率3.1万MW,且消能区地质条件复杂。地下电站厂区为上硬下软、软硬相间的层状岩体,软岩广泛分布,且层间剪切带十分发育,成洞问题十分突出。防渗帷幕沿线300 m高程以上强烈溶蚀,溶洞相当发育。围绕水布垭工程中的技术难题,经过国家“九五”科技攻关、前期设计科研和建设过程中大量的专题研究,取得了一批创新性成果并应用于工程实践,成功地解决了工程中的一系列关键技术问题。The dam height of Shuibuya hydroproject is 233 m,being the highest faced rockfill dam in the world at present.The maximum flood discharge water head is 180 m with the maximum discharge of 18 320 m3/s,with the maximum flood discharge power of 31,000 MW,and geological condition in energy dissipation area is complex.In the area of underground power house,the rock body is hard in upper part and soft in the lower part and the hard rock and soft rock are interbedded,the soft rock extensively distribute,the shearing zones in layers fully developed and cavern shaping problem is very outstanding.Corrosion above seepage prevention curtain of El.300 is very strong,and solution caverns fully developed.In the light of difficult technical issues in the project,and through the national '95' scientific and technological issues and a great deal of special subject research conducted in pre-stage design and construction,a batch of creative achievements were obtained and applied in engineering practice,a series of key technical problems in engineering were successfully solved.
