摘　　要：目的:探讨癌症伽玛刀患者家属需求与护理应对方法。方法:采用问卷调查法,内容包括疾病知识、伽玛刀治疗相关内容、康复与锻炼、辅助治疗信息、心理辅导、出入院告知、其它如保护性医疗等7大项20小项内容。所得数据使用SPSS10.0统计软件包进行统计学处理。结果:家属对疾病知识及伽玛刀认知程度较低,比对疾病相关信息需求较高。结论:家属注重患者的预后和主要治疗过程及其经济承受能力,还包括保护性医疗、治疗中的注意事项、健康知识宣教及日常生活护理等内容。护士要根据家属的需求,主动给与帮助以利于患者恢复及家属的身心健康。Objective：The discussion cancer gamma knife patient family member demand and nursing should to the method. Methods： Uses the questionnaire survey procedure, the content the related content, the recovery and the exercise instruction, the recovery example, the assistance treatment information, psychological counselling, other like protection medical service which including disease knowledge propaganda, the gamma knife treats and so on seven major term 20 minor term contents. The obtained data uses the SPSS10.0 statistics software package to carry on statistics processing. Results：Familios of the disease knowledge and awareness knife less than to the disease -related information needs higher. Conclusion：The family member pays great attention to patient＇s prognosis and the main course of treatment and economy bearing capacity, but also includes protection contents and so on in medical, treatment matters needing attention, healthy knowledge propaganda and daily life nursing. The nurse wants to act according to family member＇ s demand, gives the help to favor the patient on own initiative to restore and family member＇s physical and moral integrity.
