摘 要:研究慢性阻塞性肺病(COP)患者机体能量消耗变化并探讨其与肺功能损害程度的关系。测定 62例COPD缓解期患者静息能量消耗(REE)并与41例健康老人测定值比较。结果:各年龄组COPD患者REE占预计值百分比(REE%)均明显高于对照组(P<0.001),气道阻塞程度越严重,REE%越高,第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)预计值百分比(FEV1%)与 REE%呈负相关(r=-0.73, P<0.001),FEV1与用力肺活量之比(FEV1/FVC与REE%也呈负相关(r=-0.59,P<0.001)。结论:研究结果可用于COPD患者营养治疗时营养处方的计算,也便于对肺功能损害程度不同的COPD患者营养素摄入情况进行比较。PURPOSE The Abstract: of this study is to determine whether or not the resting energy expenditure (REE) of chronic obstructive pulmonany disease (COPD) patients is higher than that of healthy persons. METHODS Resting energy expenditure was measured in 62 cases with COPD in their remission stage according to the fraction of expiratory O2 and CO2, and the results were compared with those taken in 41 healthy elder persons. RESULTS It was found that REE of COPD patients were higher than those measured in healthy volunteers. Linear regression analysis showed that lung function parameters such as FEV1% or FEV1 / FVC were negatively related with REE% and their correlation coefficients were-0.73 (P< 0.05) and -0.59 (P< 0.05) respectively. CONCLUSIONS In COPD patients malnutrition may be caused by increased energy expenditure if they could not take more energy and protein in their diet.
